Yet all dared to have it. Because it gave life.”

You will be breathless and dare to love dangerously after reading this book!

The author sent this book for an honest review and this is an ARC (advance reader copy) review. If you didn’t already know I am a big fan of Natalia Jaster books! I am giving this book a full 5 stars.

I honestly don’t know where to start because this book is GREAT! The writing is beautiful, the story is powerful and the characters have so much depth. I mean, what more can I say? This book is the second to the book Trick so if you haven’t read that one yet then check out my spoil free review for it. It is set in the same world, with the same issues but the characters are different. I will say that this book is better than the 1st one! Which never happens, a lot of the time the 2nd book doesn’t live to the first but not in this case.

Jaster’s books bring funny dialogue, witty characters and a powerful meaning together. Let’s first talk about the writing but it is so beautiful.  The descriptions are vivid but raw while the characters themselves are so funny yet emotional (they feel…you know?). While reading the book, I felt like I was there, living through their success but also their pain. What makes me love this book so much is the uniqueness. This is fantasy series but it is different from you see today (fairies, fae) and the overall meaning of wanting to change the world but knowing you can’t change it over night or in just a few years. Change takes time and this book showcases that. It’s beautiful!

I highly recommend this series! Links are down blow for both the first book and this one. Buy them and I hope you love them as much as I do.
